Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided by our system to ensure your return is tracked and handled efficiently.
Pack the Goods
Place the unworn or defective items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and securely seal the box with the new label on top.
Drop Off and Wait
Deliver your package to any authorized UPS location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
